Heavy rains cause damage in Dusseldorf

Dusseldorf, Jul 14 (EFE / EPA) .- Firefighters and the technical relief organization moved sandbags Wednesday against the rising water level of the Duessel, which has already flooded large parts of Duesseldorf Grafenberg. North Rhine-Westphalia was hit by heavy, continuous rain in the night of Jul 14. According to the German Weather Service, the rain is not expected to let up until Jul 15.
