Kabul, Aug 18 (EFE/EPA).- The United States government said Tuesday that the heartbreaking scenes of chaos at the airport in Kabul were inevitable and announced that an agreement has been reached with the Taliban to ensure the safe passage of civilians who want to leave Afghanistan.
