New measures at Barcelona zoo to help animals cope with heatwave

Barcelona (Spain), ??Aug 14 (EFE).- As the heatwave hits continental Europe, workers at the Barcelona zoo have established new measures to help animals cope with the extreme temperature and ensure their welfare.The measures include increasing the animals' water consumption, giving them cold food (such as fruit or broth with frozen meat) and more baths.FOOTAGE OF THE ANIMALS AT THE ZOO IN BARCELONA.
