Pakistan reopens border with Afghanistan

Chaman, Aug 13 (EFE/EPA).- Pakistani authorities reopened the border with Afghanistan Friday after several days of closure. Taliban’s shadow governor for Kandahar province issued a statement on Aug 5 that announced the closing down of the border with Pakistan at Chaman, and said Islamabad should relax border control.
