Experts advocate for economic empowerment of women in Honduras

Tegucigalpa, Sep 13 (EFE) .- Honduras needs to economically empower women and achieve gender equality to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN, experts said Monday in Tegucigalpa.At the inauguration of a forum on female empowerment, organized by the NGO World Vision, the representative of UN Women in Honduras, Margarita Bueso, said it is important to promote gender equality in the Central American country.
