Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky insists that a special tribunal must be created to hold Russia to account for its "aggression". A hospital in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv is evacuating its patients and staff over fears of Russian strikes following claims by Belarus's secret services that it, along with another medical facility, hosted military personnel. "The city is urgently beginning to evacuate two hospitals... because a video is widely circulated online, actually de facto announcing an enemy attack on these medical facilities," Kyiv's city administration said. Rescuers work in the Solomyansky district of Kyiv after a barrage of Russian missile attacks killed four people, including one in Kyiv, and wounded 27 others in the capital, according to officials. Darya Trepova, a 26-year-old accused of killing a military blogger and supporter of Moscow's Ukraine offensive, appears in court for her case's first hearing. Russian investigators say Ukraine orchestrated the attack on Vladlen Tatarsky, which took place at a cafe in Saint Petersburg in April. Trepova is alleged to have gifted Tatarsky a statuette, which exploded minutes later, killing the blogger and wounding more than 30 others. Images show the aftermath of a Russian attack on the Darnytskyi district of Ukraine's capital Kyiv. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Telegram that according to medics, seven people were injured in that district. Ukrainian military authorities said Russia launched cruise missile attacks on Kyiv overnight. The falling debris from shot-down missiles resulted in seven people injured and damage to buildings.
