Finland parliamentary election: PM Marin concedes defeat to right-wing national coalition

Description

Sunday's Finland parliamentary elections there have resulted in a new government. In a close vote, outgoing Prime Minister Sanna Marin's Social Democrats came in third place. The results signal a political shift to the right in Finland, mirroring many votes across Europe. The pro-business National Coalition Party claimed victory, expected to win 48 of the 200 seats in parliament. And close behind was the nationalist Finns Party. FRANCE 24's Robert Parsons tells us what this result means.
