Protests against the government's proposal to reform the judiciary have gained more momentum in Israel.
As the Israeli Parliament approves on first reading a bill which would allow lawmakers to overturn Supreme Court rulings with a simple majority vote, protestors gathered at Ben Gurion airport to condemn the judicial reform.
Tens of thousands gathered in front of the Israeli Parliament protesting against the government's controversial planned judicial reform, chanting "No to judicial reform, save Israeli democracy".
Israel's parliament is to vote on Monday on proposed judicial changes to limit the powers of the Supreme Court that have sparked the biggest protests in the nation's history.
Israelis in Tel Aviv brandish red smoke flares at a weekly rally against the decried judicial reform , a few days after the first reading in Parliament of the controversial measure accused by the protesters of undermining democracy. IMAGES
