Doctor Adalberto Meneses, a former professor of human medicine at the Garcilaso de la Vega University in Lima, transforms real human bones into art. The Bone Doctor began experimenting with bones given to him by former students, crafting sculptures, decorative objects, and even furniture from them. Eventually, he had collected so many bones and crafted so many different pieces that he decided to open the Museum of Human Bones.
This is Kuri, a cute little robot that will help you out with tasks around the house. Mayfield Robotics showed off their cute creation, complete blinking eyes and pet-like response to human touch, at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The robot is designed to make life easier for the family through a range of technological features. Kuri is loaded with all sorts of innovative technology, but is also designed to resemble a living being by responding to touch and searching for eye contact with its owners. It can move throughout your home on wheels while playing music, capturing images or delivering messages. The robot can also perform security check-ins with a 1080p camera installed behind its eyes, and even control home devices. Preorders started on Tuesday for $699.
