Greenland is one of the most extreme places on the planet. It’s also where renowned photojournalist Paolo Pellegrin embarked on a journey in the CUPRA Formentor e-HYBRID, to photograph the car’s interaction with the landscapes. This is #DriveTheChange, in collaboration with the Magnum Photos agency to raise awareness about the importance of preserving nature.-72ºN 40ºW. Greenland is an island of intense contrasts. With almost 80% of its surface covered by ice, and a maximum temperature of 10 ºC, only some of its coastline reveals its rocky essence and the immensity of the tundra. CUPRA and Pellegrin chose this setting to highlight the impact of climate change.
Below the CUPRA signature styled headlights are two air intakes that emphasise the vehicle’s more aggressive face. The carbon fibre lateral front splitter redirect air into the intercoolers, improving refrigeration.The side shape of the high-performance crossover coupe specifies the power found under the bonnet and the overall dynamism of the vehicle and with the addition of flared wheel arches – housing the vehicles wider track – that are home to the VZ5’s 20” copper machined alloy wheels, designed exclusively for the vehicle along with the 18” Akebono waved brakes in copper, the VZ5 exudes dynamism.The elegant yet strong design continues at the rear. The CUPRA Formentor VZ5 is undoubtedly a performance car, and the VZ5-specific carbon fibre rear diffuser and diagonal quad exhaust pipes with copper trim reinforce its personality. Finally, the CUPRA Formentor VZ5 carries the CUPRA lettering in Black Chrome, as well as a new exclusive logo VZ5, also in black chromed.
For Marc ter Stegen, starting a good day begins with a good cup of self-made coffee. “At least I try,” he says with a smile. The FC Barcelona goalkeeper does his best to stick to his daily routines when he doesn’t have to travel to play a match: breakfast, training, spending time with his family. But on this occasion, there’s something new in his daily routine, as for the first time he drives to training in his new car, the CUPRA Formentor e-HYBRID.

The simplicity and elegance of the interior is achieved in part thanks to the inclusion of the shift-by-wire DSG transmission technology, which helps declutter the interior, creating greater space."
