Delta Air Lines is prohibiting passengers from checking firearms en-route to Washington D.C.-area airports as a precautionary move ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, the company said Thursday. The new rule, which will take effect on Saturday and last through January 23, is part of a larger effort by to prevent more violence in the nation's capital after last week's deadly attempted insurrection at the US Capitol building.
This is Gita, the cargo-carrying robot created by Piaggio, the manufacturer of the iconic Vespa scooter. The robot can balance itself on its two wheels and can follow its owner around autonomously thanks to an accompanying wearable device.
