Southern Chinese city flooded as heavy downpours continue

Description

Flood inundates streets and neighbourhoods in the southern Chinese city of Shaoguan after the city witnessed the heaviest rainfall in decades. The city government issued a red flood alert -- the most severe warning -- on Tuesday morning.
