Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer meets newly-appointed Welsh First Minister Eluned Morgan. Morgan, who was voted in on August 6 and is the first woman to lead Wales, replaced her short-lived predecessor Vaughan Gething who survived less than five months in office and resigned following rows over political donations and sacked ministers.
