Moscow accuses Kyiv of striking east Ukraine jail, dozens of POWs dead

Description

The Russian army accuses Kyiv forces of striking a jail holding Ukrainian prisoners of war in eastern Ukraine, saying dozens of people died and scores were wounded. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has accused Russian forces of having carried out the attack.
