Supporters of Tunisian president Kais Saied celebrate

Tunisian gather in Tunis to celebrate the "YES" vote in a referendum on a new constitution that strengthens the powers of the head of state, Kais Saied. An overwhelming 92-93 percent of those who voted supported the new constitution, according to an exit poll. On Monday night the electoral commission said at least 27.5 percent of 9.3 million registered voters cast ballots. IMAGES
