FRANCE 24 reports: French gendarmes in Ukraine to probe war crime claims

Description

In the Kiev region, where Russian troops withdrew at the beginning of April, investigations are underway to document the war crimes committed by Russia. For the past six weeks, French experts from the Gendarmerie's criminal research institute have been working in destroyed buildings and have accumulated evidence that they have handed over to the Ukrainian justice system.
