Bangkok, Sep 30 (EFE/EPA).- Stateless Lawa hill tribe people received Thursday a dose of Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine during a vaccination drive in Bangkok, as Thailand tried to speed up its vaccination process.The Southeast Asian country aims to vaccinate 70 percent of its population in order to safely reopen the country to foreign tourists.     Colombo, Sep 24 (EFE/EPA).- Sri Lanka began Thursday the COVID-19 vaccination drive for children between 12-19 years old with disabilities, chronic illnesses or co-morbidities.Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are administered to children under supervision and assessment of consultant paediatrician while the parents or guardians are required to produce all medical records of children and also sign a letter of consent.
