Norwegian authorities have warned its citizens to brace themselves for “extremely heavy rainfall” after Storm Hans caused two deaths. Strong winds continue to batter the region along with rains, sparking disruptions in countires inclusing Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania. Ferries have been canceled, flights delayed, roads and streets flooded. Thousands remained without electricity Tuesday.
