Increasing costs call for tough choices in the Russian capital

Description

Inflation in Russia has reached its highest since 2016. Rising costs are hitting hard a population whose average monthly income is 40,402 rubles ($545). Karina Strukova says she has had to change grocery store as bills add up and she has a young child to look after.
