In many places there are no flats left to rent. There are agents who rented the last flat two months ago. There is a real estate black market. One agent advertises a flat, and another agent rents it and where it said 2200 it says 2500. That's why the ads say "No real estate agents. If we had stayed where we were living before we all would have needed an hour and a half to go to school. That is when there is not a lot of traffic. In heavy traffic we usually don't go to school. Because to stay in Istanbul for two hours, two and a half hours, is an attack on human dignity...
