Caracas, Oct 10 (EFE).- Venezuela tested Sunday the voting systems just over a month before the regional and local elections, with the participation of the majority of the opposition and the observation of national and international organizations.The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of the Caribbean country, Pedro Calzadilla, described the test as successful as it allowed Venezuelans to learn about the voting system and the political parties ahead of the elections on Nov. 21.
