Tokyo, Aug 10 (EFE).- Japan recorded a current account surplus of 905.1 billion yen ($8.2 billion) in June, marking its 84th consecutive month of positive balance, the government reported Tuesday.The figure is 510.3 percent higher than that recorded in the same month of the previous year and 54.2 percent lower than in the month of May, according to preliminary data released by the finance ministry.The country's trade balance in June logged a surplus of 648.5 billion yen in contrast to a deficit of 17.2 billion yen a year ago. Tokyo, May 20 (EFE/EPA).- Japan registered a trade surplus of 255.3 billion yen ($ 2.34 billion) in April, which is the third consecutive month in positive terms, the government reported Thursday.The positive balance is less than a third of that registered in the same month of 2020, according to data published by Japan’s Finance Ministry.Japanese exports advanced 38 percent year-on-year in the fourth month of the year to 7.18 trillion yen.
