US should lead fight against climate change, says Obama at COP26

Former US President Barack Obama calls for the world to "step up" its emissions-cutting pledges at COP26 in Glasgow and says the United States, the planet's second largest emitter of greenhouse gases, should lead the fight to limit global temperature rises.
