Biden to talk with Ukraine's Zelensky on Thursday: US

President Joe Biden will talk to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday after vowing a strong US response if Russian forces massed on Ukraine's border go on the attack, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan tells reporters. Sullivan adds that Biden has spoken with the leaders of France, Germany, Italy, and the UK following the call and will shortly speak with Congress on the matter. SOUNDBITE
