Right-wing lawyer Jose Raul Mulino accepts victory as Panama's president-elect with 34% of the vote, nine points above his immediate follower, announced the Electoral Tribunal after 90% of the polling stations had been counted. The runner-up presidential candidate of the Movimiento Otro Camino (Another Way Movement), Ricardo Lombana, recognizes Jose Raul Mulino as the winner of this year's presidential elections in Panama.
