Thousands gather in central London for a demonstration in support of the Palestinian people as the bloody Israel-Hamas war continues. On Saturday January 13, the fighting entered its 99th day since the unprecedented Hamas attack of October 7 2023. Gunmen from the Gaza-based militant group entered Israel, killing 1,140 people, according to an AFP tally based on Israeli figures, and kidnapping a further 250. In response, Israel launched an all-out military campaign in the Gaza Strip, which the territory's Hamas-run health ministry says has killed more than 23,843 people, mostly women and children. IMAGES
