Monrovia, Oct 10 (EPA).- Liberia's opposition leader of the Alternative National Congress (ANC), Alexander B. Cummings, held a press conference Sunday at his party's headquarters after the collaborating Political Parties (CPP) accused him of altering the framework document under his chairmanship.
