Sunday’s election between Marine Le Pen and Emmanuel Macron will determine which of these Frances makes their voice heard.

In his New Year's address to the diplomatic corps, France's President positioning himself once again as the anti-Trump by suggesting that dialogue is the way forward in Syria and Iran.
