N.Korea not interested in "having dialogue": US Mission Geneva

Description

US Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament, Robert Wood, declares North Korea is "clearly not a regime that is interested in having dialogue", and that it is instead interested in "making threats". North Korea leader Kim Jong-Un has promised more missile flights over Japan, insisting his nuclear-armed nation's provocative launch was a mere "curtain-raiser", in the face of UN condemnation and US warnings of severe repercussions.
