British Prime Minister Keir Starmer offers a state apology for the Grenfell Tower fire disaster that killed 72 people in 2017, as the release of a final report found the deaths were avoidable. Images show the Panama-registered carrier ship Fremantle Highway, which is carrying 3,000 cars and caught fire off the Dutch coast on Tuesday night as it travelled to Egypt from Germany.
