En 15 minutes, Mathilde Panot, députée de la France Insoumise, a livré un réquisitoire en règle contre les ordonnances en préparation sur la réforme du droit du travail, face à une ministre du travail stoïque. La députée a notamment fait allusion à la condamnation de Christine Lagarde, condamnée pour négligence dans l'affaire Tapie, mais, à la surprise générale, dispensée de peine, au vu de la "stature nationale et internationale" de la présidente du FMI, selon les membres de la Cour de justice de la république. La condamnation ne figurera même pas dans le casier judiciaire de Christine Lagarde. La décision, en décembre 2016, avait alors provoqué un tollé...
