Eiffel Tower turns off lights in tribute to Barcelona victims

The Eiffel Tower switched off its lights at 22:45 GMT on Thursday in honour of the victims of the van attack on Barcelona's most popular street, claimed by the Islamic State group, which has left at least 13 dead and scores injured. IMAGES
