Eadon Green's new retro-style coupe, called the Zeclat, was inspired by auto styles popular all the way back in the 1930s. The Zeclat is based on the Corvette C7 grand Sport and aims for a perfect combination of vintage style as well as modern technologies and power.
This incredible, one-of-a-kind auto is the Infiniti Prototype 9 concept car, an electric concept that pays homage to the design of the pre-war era. It went on display at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance car event in California last weekend. The prototype, which infuses the aesthetic of a 1940s race with ultra-sleek modern design and technology, can reach up to 140 miles per hour, and ran its first race on Wednesday.
Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, this Indonesian version of football actuallly features a flaming ball. Participants douse a coconut in flammable fluid and set it on fire before kicking it between teammates and attempting to score in the opposing team's goal. The coconut husk burns for several dozen minutes, so the games last until the fire goes out, but luckily, there's no shortage of coconuts in Indonesia. Fireball football is a favorite pasttime of students of the Riyadhlus Solihin Islamic boarding school in Mojolaban on the island of Java and they light up coconuts after evening prayers.
