6773 people to tattoo a new Human Rights Declaration

Description

To coincide with Human Rights Day on the 10th of December, the Declaration of Human Rights will be inked letter by letter on the bodies of volunteers in Amsterdam and across the world to make a grand total of 6,773 tattoos.
