Taipei, Jul 1 (EFE/EPA).-The Taiwan-Hong Kong Office for Exchanges and Services was inaugurated on Wednesday in Taipei.The office will assist Hong Kong residents who want move to Taiwan. The opening of the office comes a day after China's top legislature passed a national security law for Hong Kong.(Camera: RITCHIE TONGO). The world’s longest sea crossing, which connects Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao, has now opened to the public. The bridge spans over 55 km (34 miles) and includes 23 km of bridges, 6.7 km of tunnels, and two artificial islands. The new construction cuts the time of road travel between Hong Kong and Zhuhai from four hours to just 40 minutes. However, drivers can only access the bridge after receiving a special permit from the authorities.
