One person died during a highway pile-up involving hundreds of vehicles in central China, state media reported Wednesday. Aerial pictures show chaotic scenes with hundreds of passenger cars, vans and lorries -- many of which had smashed into one another -- piled up on a section of the highway. IMAGES

A pizza spillage on the westbound lane of Interstate 30, in Little Rock, Arkansas, forced a partial shutdown of the cross-country route on Thursday. The ridiculous event occurred when an 18-wheeler truck carrying frozen pizzas skimmed a bridge barrier, tearing open the trailer and emptying its contents onto the Interstate 30. A crew was subsequently deployed to clear the area in an operation which lasted four hours.
CCTV camera captured a moment a speeding driver lost control of his rented Porsche while traveling over 120 miles an hour and crashed into a parked car on the Athens-Lamia National highway, near the city of Thebes on Sunday, leaving four people dead. George Vakakis, son of Greece's biggest toy industry tycoon Apostolos Vakakis, was reportedly behind the wheel.
Footage emerged of the aftermath of the scene of a train crash at New Jersey's Hoboken terminal, which killed at least one person and left 108 injured earlier on Thursday. The train crashed into the reception area, going through ticket barriers, until it finally came to a halt in the foyer around 8:30 am local time.
