Ilopango, Aug 10 (EFE).- El Salvador destroyed 1.37 tons of cocaine at a facility in Ilopango, a town a few miles east of the nation's capital, San Salvador, the Attorney General's Office said Tuesday. The cocaine, with a value in the drug trafficking market of more than $34 million, was recently seized in the Pacific waters. A Berlin neighborhood was overrun with 1,638 officers and special forces personnel in a pre-dawn raid on 20 apartments and a number of vehicles and other venues.
