This Russian nuclear powered submarine, believed to be the K-550 Alexander Nevsky, one of Russia's newest nuclear subs, shocked several fishermen when it surfaced just yards away from their inflated dinghy as they were just fishing for fun in the Sea of Japan. The men quickly whipped out their mobile phones and captured the crazy experience on camera.
