Police in France arrested a man Sunday after discovering his plans to attack at least one church in the Villejuif commune of Paris, according to Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve and Paris chief prosecutor Francois Molins.

Belgian police issued an international warrant on Tuesday for a man connected to fugitive Salah Abdeslam. Mohamed Abrini was seen with Abdeslam at a gas station two days before the attack, Belgium's state prosecutor said in a statement.
