One of the passengers who was aboard a train that derailed in O Porrino in north-western Spain, killing at least four people and injuring dozens, described the ordeal from the near the scene of the crash, Friday. Some 60 people were onboard the train, travelling on the Vigo-Oporto route, when it derailed close to the town's station. The train crashed into a part of bridge, forcing the first of the three carriages completely off the rail tracks.
Investigators announced Wednesday the engineer driving the Amtrak train that derailed on May 12 in Philadelphia was likely not using his phone in the moments before the crash.
