At least 11 people have been killed and 19 others wounded after a Saudi-led air strike hit a Medecins Sans Frontieres hospital in Yemen's northern Hajja province on Monday.

The United States vows to hold Yemen's Huthi rebels accountable for a strike on a bulk carrier that killed two, apparently the first fatalities in the insurgents' attacks on shipping.
