Pope Francis breaks tradition with new cardinals list

Description

Pope Francis announced Sunday the list of names to join the College of Cardinals of the Catholic church. The list reflects the Pope's switch to the developing world as the names include bishops and archbishops from Myanmar, Cape Verde and Vietnam, among others.
