German 'anti-Islamization' march in Dresden draws record numbers

Description

A weekly march organized by the 'anti-Islamization' movement dubbed PEGIDA, or Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West, draws some 25,000 protesters in the eastern German city of Dresden, police say. Nathan Frandino reports.
