A South Korean news channel in a Seoul restuarant broadcasts North Korea related coverage after Pyongyang's firing of what it claims is a military spy satellite. Russia's Defence ministry publishes video footage apparently showing the launch of a Kalibr cruise missile from a submarine in the Sea of Japan, targeting a land-based target.
