Iran proposes Yemen peace plan as Houthis dig in

Iran is calling for a ceasefire in Yemen despite accusations from Saudi Arabia that Tehran is fomenting the fighting between Houthi rebels and forces loyal to the governmnet. Mana Rabiee reports.
