Ten killed in Yemen fuel tanker explosion

Description

A fuel tanker explosion in Taiz, Yemen's third largest city, has left at least ten people dead and scores wounded. It's believed the blast followed clashes between residents and armed groups trying to siphon fuel from the truck. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
