Charlie Sheen Admits To Hiding HIV Status

Troubled actor Charlie Sheen could face a legal probe after he admitted in an interview on Tuesday that he did not disclose his HIV-positive status to two of his sexual partners. Sheen has had long running battles with alcoholism, drugs, and sex addiction. He said after making the unguarded admission, that he was seeking to protect himself from being extorted by the partners. The admission could open Sheen up to a massive legal nightmare. The Law in California is very clear on the issue. A 56-year-old HIV-positive man was found guilty under the law in 2012 and went to jail.
