A former U.S. House Speaker has been indicted on charges involving payments of more than $1.7 million in hush money.
US House Speaker Mike Johnson says the justice system has been "weaponized" against Donald Trump as he addresses reporters outside the New York court where the former US president is standing trial over hush money payments to an adult film actress.
