Chaos erupted at the Republican National Convention on its first day in Cleveland when anti-Trump forces within the GOP tried to block Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's nomination. After Deputy Permanent Chair from Arkansas Steve Womack mentioned the Rules Committee report that binds delegates to Trump, anti-Trump republicans called for a roll call vote to allow delegates to vote their conscience.

Thousands of people gathered at the Xfinity Arena, in Everett, Washington, on Tuesday night, where Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump held a campaign rally.
