Bullet holes are visible on fences and signs at the Kasindi border post in eastern DR Congo's Beni territory on the border with Uganda, after two people were killed and several others injured when UN peacekeepers opened fire during an incident. UN chief Antonio Guterres says he is "outraged" about the incident after the UN force MONUSCO admitted that some of its peacekeepers had opened fire "for unexplained reasons", adding that arrests had already been made. Beita, Sep 24 (EFE/EPA).- A 28-year-old Palestinian was shot dead Friday by Israeli Army during clashes after a demonstration against Israeli settlement expansion on the lands of Beita village near the West Bank city of Nablus.
